    I placed an order with Niagara sausage order was placed week and a half so had time to fill I was told that I should take the whole pork shoulder would be better I also ordered ox tail 15 lbs. and brisket when I went to pick up I was told That they only got 5 lbs. of ox tail ?? Some butcher any way I had to take what I could get when I got home and started to cut up pork shoulder it was mostly fat And was a total waste of money I then opened my ox tail to find that it was very small pieces very disappointed they had the time to get proper product But seemed not to care the brisket was ok. I had to go to another butcher to get the proper meat that I needed, I defiantly would not recommend Niagara sausage as I feel that I did not get value for my money and they don’t care if a customer’s order can be filled or not. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN!
